Jethro Holman

After managing the brewery tours team down at Meantime Jethro has explained the brewing process to tens of thousands of people over his 3 year tenure. Catering tours to suit all guests ranging from the general public, brewers from around the world as well as countless press and journalists. In addition to the nine to five Jethro has been working on freelance projects for a number of years; giving lectures at museums, writing menus, hosting dinner parties as well as writing articles for both print and web.
