Tim Holmes

A highly experienced taster and beer communicator, Tim has been working in the brewing industry for over 30 years. He is passionate about everything that relates to the quality of beer, and currently works as Head of Quality for Diageo's beer business, based in Dublin, Ireland.

Tim regularly conducts tutored tasting sessions for internal and external groups, he's an experienced beer judge and has an enthusiasm for food and beer pairing.
