Steve Gilsenan

Currently Brewing and Fermentation Manager of St James’s Gate Brewery Steve Gilsenan has had a career devoted to beer, spanning 20 years so far. This adventure in beer has taken Steve to over 35 countries across the globe, working with breweries and brewers from New Zealand to Ghana to Trinidad. This love of the beer industry brought Steve out of Guinness for a brief period to design and build a Craft Brewery, before returning to his Dream Job of managing the beer in St James’s Gate. Steve regularly meets the trade and the general public talking about brewing and beer, lectures in university and takes part in training and promotional videos on beer.
