Stephen Kennard

Stephen has been passionate about beer since an early age having first acquired the taste at his grandfather’s knee.

He is interested in all aspects of the beer world especially the historical and economic aspects and how tastes and fashions have developed and changed the styles we now drink.

With a keen interest in food and beverage flavour matching he regularly pushes beer options as alternatives to more “classical” choices and has advised bars on beer and food combinations.  Stephen frequently organises trips to beer festivals and breweries and also runs food events.

As an accountant by background he is also perfectly placed to advice on procurement and financing.
