Tracy has had a love for beer as long as she can remember. Her first job was working in the quality control department for a large brewery during her University summer breaks. From there she went on to further her education with a Masters in Brewing in Distilling. This brought her to the UK, where she spent nearly 15 years working for three different breweries in various roles that gave her experience across the supply chain, including technical brewing, operations management, innovation and commercial project management.  Having a solid understanding of how beer is made, she then aspired to become a Sommelier to have a better connection with customers and consumers. Most of all, she loves teaching others about how wonderful beer is and how many exciting styles there are to try
