John Himsworth

Working in hotels and pubs from the age of 16 whilst studying A-levels and a history degree fired John’s passion for pubs and beer. John ran central London pubs for Mitchells and Butlers for ten years before joining family brewer McMullens of Hertford as an area manager, his passion for beer has seen him work alongside Tom McMullen and head brewer Chris Evans to produce new beers from the brewery, create training programmes for pub teams and create beer and food pairing menus for their various pub menus
