Cheryl Cade

Cheryl's families work within the publican trade sparked off her lifelong interest in beer. She is an active member of the Norfolk & Norwich CAMRA branch, and has been on the committee since 2013. Cheryl has co managed the Foreign and Bottled beer bar at the Norwich Beer Festival since 2010 relishing the opportunity to introduce all who attend to new and high quality beers from the world.

Cheryl's Beer Academy Sommelier accreditation will enable her along with her husband Mark (a fellow Beer Sommelier) to fulfil the ambitions of their newly formed company The Thirst Consultants Ltd.
This business offers beer tastings and beer & food matching events in addition to working with breweries promoting their products & events. Their aim is also to work with licensed premises to explore and expand the availability of quality beers and highlight their potential as an accompaniment with food.
The company also arranges fully guided tours to continental Europe. Cheryl's interest in history means that these are not just the chance to experience the current local brewing scene but also the heritage and culture of the area.
