Adrian Oliver
After years involved in the hospitality trade in various different positions, six years ago Adrian Oliver gave up being a self employed sound engineer and started to work in Tilleys bar developing a passion, taste and knowledge of beer from the growing selection of beers from all around the world. Starting as a bar tender, then supervisor, and then assistant manager he continues to help develop the bar's beer selection while continuing to hone his skills and palate and is looking forward to help pass on the knowledge, tools and skills that the training and beer sommelier qualification has helped to nurture and of course discover some great new beer along the way.
