"I come from the northern part of Romania - Cluj, and I have a bartending background, which had led me through many various tasting experiences. Obviously, none of them as fulfilling as beer is, as I see BEER as a cocktail by itself, or further more, as a whole meal! Having gained a bit of knowledge about this fabulous beverage, I return to the bar and share it with my fellow bartenders and also with the beloved guests at the bars. In other words, I do staff training, menus, presentations, I manage all kind of events from tastings to festivals, and so on. Of course, my whole attention is focused on the craft beer scene, mostly from Romania but also international, but not exclusively; I mainly aim to raise the awareness of beer as a very complex beverage to the general drinker and try to educate it towards the specialty sector of it"
