Paul’s journey through beer has coincided with a successful career in running managed pubs for Punch, Mitchell’s & Butler, Marston’s and Fuller’s where he has settled for the past 7 years, recently taking over the flagship Old Customs House site in Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth. During his career Paul has been proactive in organising Beer festivals, beer tastings, “Battle of the Brewers” and beer & food pairings. He has displayed a real passion for producing interesting beer lists, supporting local brewers, and maintaining exceptional quality beer in all of his pubs. Paul is the first Fuller’s General Manager to receive this prestigious accreditation
