Robin Parker

Norfolk born and bred Robin Parker has been a beer drinker and lover of real ale since he his late teens. Since taking early retirement Robin is now working as a Tour Guide at St Peters Brewery, South Elmham Suffolk. Here as well as taking visitors on brewery tours he is also involved in providing staff training and beer tasting at the brewery as well as running tasting sessions at local Public Houses in South Norfolk and Suffolk.

Robin is also involved in the development of beer and food matching menus at the adjacent St Peters Hall Restaurant and is keen to use his Beer Sommelier qualification both here and also to extend beer and food pairing menus in local Public Houses and Restaurants.
Robin is a keen home brewer, a member of two local home brew clubs, a member of Camra and regularly works as a volunteer at local beer festivals. Robin is now looking forward to using his accreditation both at St Peter's Brewery and locally to encourage others in the appreciation of both good beer and good food.
