Oliver Alsford

Oliver started at The Wine Vaults, a Fullers stronghold in Portsmouth 7 years ago. 8 cask ale lines, including 3 rotating Local guest beers, taught him a lot about cellar maintenance and keeping beer. From here his interest and passion for Beer has blossomed. In 2015 he opened Beer Vaults, a bar designated to craft beer within the Wine Vaults. As Bar Manager he is now continuing his beer journey in Beer Vaults, eager to discover and deliver an eclectic mix of Beer styles & Breweries, his range of over 70 beers is aiding his quest. He is currently expanding Beer Vaults events profile, with several tasting nights & tap takeovers lined up for 2017.
