Mike Rand
Originally, as a personal interest as a member of CAMRA in the eighties travelling to various beer festivals, Mike has had a lifelong (since legal drinking age) passion for beer. After a varied career from scientific research to software sales, Mike joined Molson Coors five years ago and has been working with major UK retailers to advise on and improve the beer choice in the UK retail environment. Originally a real ale drinker, Mike's work in the beer industry has expanded his appetite for and appreciation of all the various different types of beers. Keeping close to industry and consumer trends Mike is helping to bring new and exciting beers to market.
