Dominic Lombard

Although Dominic Lombard has spent the past ten years in Spain in the wine business, his origins are very closely associated with beer in Ireland where his father, grandfather and great grandfather all worked for Guinness at the St James´s Gate brewery in Dublin. Over the last couple of years Dominic has become focussed on developing his knowledge and appreciation of craft beers working closely with Spanish craft brewery Mateo & Bernabe and others in the north of Spain.
