Nigel Sadler
Nigel Sadler's interest in beer and brewing started in the early '80's when he joined CAMRA to hunt down beer festivals and search out new brews. In 1985, he went on one of the first micro brewing courses to be run by Keith Thomas at Brew Lab. With qualifications in malting, brewing and distilling he left a career in the City in 2008 to become a brewing consultant/tutor (www.learn2brew.co.uk) and has brewed a number of award winning beers. He also became an Accredited Trainer for the Institute of Brewing and Distilling and is the UK's first accredited Beer Sommelier. In 2014 he co-authored the highly successful book on home brewing entitled "Wisdom for Home Brewers: 500 Tips for Making Great Beer" (ISBN 8601416338798).
